"Every person who visits our home away from home,
the Lucky Star Lounge."
of carefully chosen and inspiring words. " I told
Patrick I was in and especially keen on assisting the
local fishing trade."
He turned towards the door, strong and virile. He
filled out his English dungarees nicely.
                                    I inquired of Patrick", What
do the ladies think their part
                                    is in this venture?"
" You should ask them." I
was                                          surprised to see both
Shawn                                           Ann Patterson and
Lorena                                                Lipton walking towards
us."                                             After the usual greetings
I                                                asked of their roles. They basically
had nothing to add and went inside.
Patrick listed some of his targets for their
benevolence. I watched as the muscles in his arms
shook with strength but at the same time he was
gentle and calm.
" I intend to reach out to the
small business owner. After that
local artists will certainly be on
the list.
I understand there are many
bartenders considered to be
artists. If I can add funds into
the local economy I will do it.  During these hard
times we forget that buying and spending with the
many small business people is important. Sure we
could donate our time through a church or charitable
organization, but we all ready do that stateside. I
know people count on others like us to involve
themselves in the local businesses and that is
exactly what we intend to do."
He paused briefly. Once again his beautiful eyes
spoke volumes. Patrick took deep long
contemplative breaths and his rhythm was sensually
intelligent ", What I don't want is our friends and
associates to make a mockery of this mission.
Trevor, Lorena, Shawn Ann and I care about this
cause."
With that final burst of gorgeous integrity he rose
from the chair, extended his strong hand toward me.
The skin was soft. His grip was properly firm.
                                     Behind a plant near the
gate                                            were Lorena and
Shawn                                                    hiding apparently listening
in                                           on our private interview.
I ask the ladies if they
had                                                anything to add. They
more or
                                     less added nothing to the

story and walked away without a gracious goodbye.

My time with Patrick Patterson and Trevor Lipton
was enlightening and  touching. I know these two
handsome LSL owners are not simply pretty faces.
They represent  the type of people I hope will look
out for me some day, if needed.
Good luck to them on their journey. I anticipate an
exciting follow up upon their return January
12th.
