| 80's rock and roll legend Belinda Carlisle was seen having more than a good time with Lucky Star Lounge Co-Owner Patrick Patterson recently at local disco club, El Amante de la Mano. Patterson dated Carlisle prior to meeting his current wife, Shawn Ann , during the early eighties. The couple was spotted holding up close and intimate chats throughout the evening. | Boogie Nights amid the red, blue, green and mirrored lighting effects swirling around the dance floor. The couple has a history of making connection throughout the years, but each denies meetings ever took place. Several sightings have been reported at local establishments. June, 1995 the pair was seen leaving the Royal Cinema in downtown Front Royal. Carlisle's lipstick was reportedly extremely smudge and Patterson had a large purple mark on his neck. Neither could offer details regarding the movie Die Hard 3 which they were seen not watching. Next, September 2002 the "couple was viewed floating down the Shenandoah River in a canoe.The couple apparently stopped in Front Royal and had a "business meeting" at the Cool Harbor Motel. March, 2008 Carlisle flew into town to allegedly inspect a sight for a possible Go-Go's reunion concert. | The meeting in December of 2009 reportedly caused the most commotion when the couple spent between six to twelve hours in a limousine traveling between Sonic Drive Ins in Frederick County, Virginia. Spokespersons for both denied this rumour but that same day Patterson was seen tossing a Sonic bag away while sobbing and calling the name Belinda into the evening sky. When we contacted Shawn Patterson she offered this explanation. " Well, I know he and Belinda were an item, but that's long over. I know they write on the Facebook, but it's all in fun. He likes to dance. I think the girl in the picture is a girl from Luray. He said he was giving a Rumba lesson to her. You see, Patrick was a ballroom dance instructor. As for the other times I put it down to a pair of Patrick and Belinda look-a-likes running around the area. It's simply a case of mistaken identity. When her husband was again approach about the sighting at the local disco he was on the phone. Something quite revealing was overheard as we stepped up. These words may speak volumes," Pooh Pooh, I know you're a good dancer. Mr. Skippy thinks you're the best. Yes. Yes. Okay how about..."
