3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
A couple of ounces of a good beer
you're hopefully enjoying
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red
pepper flakes
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
leaves, a few sprigs
1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves,
half a palm full
salt and pepper to taste
store in a large baggie for about an
hour
Bring to room temp before cooking
I still use a dry rub on the steak these
days and keep it simple, but if you like
to marinade try this:
